Cloud and Network Services (CNS) is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. Also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. CNS will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.



What you will learn and contribute to

As part of NAC Architecture Team, you will:

  • Collaborate with product managers, key stakeholders, and business groups to categorize and describe solutions for business and technical requirements, ensuring the product aligns with the business and customer requirements
  • Analyze internal and external business challenges, staying up to date with latest technologies for the domain, to recommend best practices, to improve products, processes, and services, and by participating in PoCs related to architecture evolution and concept validation
  • Retain technical and design knowledge for assigned products and technologies in real customer scenario.
  • Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for Teams, conducting architecture review, technical specifications, design, and solutions, communicating to them the architectural concepts and guidelines and oversee their activities
  • Be accountable for the outcome of the E2E feature cycle from analysis/designing to implementation and deployment, covering both functional and non-functional requirements



Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Technology, engineering or related University Degree or student (MSc or BSc), and knowledge and experience in software development, architecture, design and related processes and tools. 
  • Deep technical knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following areas: Large Scale Software Development, applied data analysis, deep / machine learning, security, cloud computing, decentralized systems, Agile and continuous delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge in Performance Management area
  • Fluent spoken and written English. 


It would be nice if you also have:

  • Strong knowledge of virtualization and container concepts: Docker; Helm Charts, Kubernetes. 
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud native software concepts (micro-services architecture)
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript
  • Good knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, OpenShift
  • Some knowledge of Bigdata and distributed processing (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark), and Artificial intelligence (AI) concepts (machine learning…)
