Senior Cloud Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Education: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / Engineering or related fields
• BSc, MSc or College degree in computer science
• Testing knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent English, both in spoken and written form

·        Willingness to learn new technologies

·        Have experience with Linux

·        Confident knowledge of virtualization concepts (computing, networking, storage)

·        Experience with Openstack and/or VMware based cloud infrastructure

Preferred skills:

• Learning from others and technical documentation
• Active and independent problem solving
• Customer focus / quality / working in teams
• Innovative thinking

We value as extra the experience with:

·        Containers, open source ways of working

·        Blade system configuration

·        SAN/NAS storage configuration

·        Network device (Cisco/HP/Juniper switch and router) configuration

·        Software Defined Networking

·        Datacenter management tools (e.g. Ansible)

·        Python, Perl development
