Job Description

Experience Requirement:

The required candidate should be:

- Engineering Graduate in Telecommunications

- Should have 0-2 years of experience in telecom

-Good communication skills in English is a must for this position.

Technical Requirement:

- Understanding the basic telecommunications networks concepts.

- Understanding of the telecommunications concepts

- Understanding of different telecommunication technologies (GSM, WCDMA,LTE etc.)

- Understanding circuit switching and packet switching concepts and ISO-OSI model.

- Understanding of AAA, DRA,Charging and policy control  functionality domain knowledge

Soft Skill Requirement:

-          Good communication skills

-          Good writing, listening and speaking English is must for the position

-          Good team player, motivator and leading by example

Experience Requirement:

-          0-2 years of relevant experience

-          Awareness about pre-sales concepts will be an added advantage

-          Good technical writing skills

Main Purpose and Role and Responsibility for the position:

- Provides key contact and relationship with the global teams

- Provide Sales Support to Regional SSM and CTs as member of Global Sales Support Team in Mexico (GSS).

- Providing standard solutions and offer material (Statement of Compliance, Point to point technical responses, Configuration, dimensioning and standard pricing, solution description writing).

- Define and document technical customer solution, respond to technical parts of tenders, and prepare solution and IRP pricing

- A part of Applications and Analytics team.
