Solution Engineer - SDWAN
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience (5+) in managing large enterprise IT infrastructure services
- Thorough understanding of Network services specifically in LAN / WLAN, WAN, Remote Access, Internet, Network Security (FW, Load Balancers, Proxy)
- Working experience with global service providers in a global landscape.
- Good insight to the respective business function(s) and processes and a strong insight to the IT market and trends of the respective area.
- Solid understanding of best practice processes and tools required to build and run the services in a multi-sourced environment. Ability to manage the impact of emerging cloud technologies on a traditional outsourced environment
- Ability to assimilate and quickly gain an understanding of business and delivery model recognizing the regional split and different requirements
- Leadership of multifunctional teams, ensuring cohesion and collaboration, with common objectives and priorities. Ability to coordinate cross functional resources.
- A successful record in moving initiatives forward across geographic and functional organizational boundaries with a focus on results
- Experience of risk management and assessment in his responsibility area
- Understanding of ITIL/ IT Service Management
- Profile of technician/Engineer with Network administration/implementation experiences willing to move to a Service management role can be a valid candidate
- Fluent English with coordination skills in virtual environment
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment with international peers
