Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
As part of the Services Organization, we provide best-in-class technical IT Solutions to Global and Regional teams for supporting Nokia sales and after-sales services. We are digitizing and automating the processes, as well as applying Machine Learn (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for maximum efficiency.

As Solution Manager/Lead Product Designer, and part of the Solution Management team, you will be in charge for the entire UX research and strategic planning, with a user centric and holistic approach to user interface, interaction and product design, aiming to create the best User Experience that it is translated into UX strategy, roadmap and long-term evolution for all solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Work with end-user and customers to research, analyze and identify users’ behavior and needs and transform them into enjoyable and desirable product/solution experiences
- Identify requirements and cooperate with teams to transform complex problems into clever solutions with an elegant visual design
- Making data-based decisions using analytics, online surveys and customer interviews
- Oversees the solution lifecycle from design to delivery
- Cooperated with the portfolio manager regarding the solution portfolio and roadmaps
- Work with development teams, program managers, process managers and operations regarding the service to deliver
- Responsible for the continuous evolution and improvement of the solutions’ User Experience
Your skills and experience
For this role, you must have:
- Bachelor/Master in New Technologies of Communication, Design or similar
- Experience as UI/UX product manager or product designer, developing SW / Digital products/solutions, covering requirement management, product lifecycle and release management
- Experience in User Research, Interaction Design, Usability and UI Design, translating to UI requirements to transform solutions with an elegant visual design and great User Experience
- Experience using Design Thinking methodology and working in Agile / Scrum teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to lead, and experience working with distributed teams
Additional desirable requirements:
- Experience in Web, selfcare portal or eCommerce solutions
- Good understanding of ITIL framework
