General Purpose: -
Provides leadership and a senior level solution consulting service in customer project; ability to understand customer's business and technical needs and ability to translate them into a solution, Designs and executes complex integration, operations or performance solutions for customers & Shares professional knowledge to guide others.
 
Main Responsibility Area:-
 
  • Delivers product attached services as the SME with sound technical, business and professional standards while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and success in deployment of NSW portfolio under Digital Networks -  Diameter Routing/Control platform (DRA/DCP).
  • Works as Solution Architects to plan and organize the technical workshops with customer and develop the design documents.
  • Work as Technical Leader to plans and develop the different Method of Procedures along with Integration-professionals and supervises the solution-verification in the lab.
  • Work as Technical Leader to plan and develop strategy for Integration, and Testing (Functional, Regression, Performance) of DRA product in cloud or in bare-metal.
  • Actively plans, supervises and executes the activities in the Product – Installation & Commissioning, System-Integration Validation & Verification with other network-elements in their respective planning, troubleshooting and resolving.
  • Provides Onsite/back-office consultancy and support during the Acceptance-test and launch of the product & solution.
  • Schedules and delivers delivery on time with minimal defects.
  • Researches by own and follows up on technical issues related to projects:   Informs, communicates and trains the associates.
  • Involvement in Field Trials, Proof-of-Concepts and demos of the product.
 
Desired Expertise and skill-set: 
  • 8 to 16 years in Deployment & Integration projects, or in Customer-Support experience including direct customer contact.
  • Knowledge and experience with the professional services, project lifecycle (scoping, requirements, QA/test).
  • Expertise as Technical Leader and Specialist on Customer-Delivery Projects / System Integration projects.
  • Hands-on system integration skills especially in EPC/VoLTE/IMS/OCS/HSS/PCRF.
  • Hands-on experience in the integrations of at least three of the 3GPP diameter interfaces like S6a, Gx, Gy, Sy, Rx, Ro, Cx/Dx, Sh etc.
  • Proficient with Redhat Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge and hands-on of Virtualization Techniques (RHEL, VMWare, KVM, Openstack, TCP/IP Networking, Scripting).
  • Knowledge and hands-on of Hardware architecture - RMS/Blades/ATCA.
  • IP and Cloud certifications are considered an asset (CCNA etc.).
  • Experience using/developing an API (XML, HTTP/s, SOAP) is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% in country and internationally.
Ability to analyze technical problems around product-installation/configuration/integration/test.
