Job Description
Technical Requirement:
- Understanding of the Network Management and Element Management Concepts
-Understanding of the SON and MRF concepts.
-Understanding of the services concepts for Nokia Software portfolio
-Knowledge about SEET tool will be a advantage
-Professional Services knowledge is mandatory.
-Network Integration, System Integration and Cloud Services knowledge is required.
-Knowledge about mobile networks, technology is required
Job Description
-Support in the services costing for the Nokia Software portfolio
-Professional Services costing calculation for the Nokia Software Portfolio
-Scope of Work and Services Solution Description preparation for the Nokia Software portfolio.
-Subject Matter Expert in the professional services domain.
-Provide services support for all the RFPs requesting professional services requirement.
Soft Skill Requirement:
- Good communication skills
- Good writing, listening and speaking English is must for the position
- Good team player, motivator and leading by example
Experience Requirement:
- More than 4 years of relevant experience
- Awareness about pre-sales concepts will be an added advantage
- Good technical writing skills
Main Purpose and Role and Responsibility for the position:
- Provides key contact and relationship with the global operation and business support system - PS team
- Provide Sales Support to Regional SSM and CTs as member of Global Sales Support Team in Mexico (GSS).
- Providing standard solutions and offer material (Statement of Compliance, Point to point technical responses, Configuration, dimensioning and standard pricing, solution description writing).
- A source of expertise for others in own product/sales area. Understanding client/operator needs. Matching customer needs with Nokia PS portfolio products/systems/services and translating solutions to provide clear customer value and benefits.
- Define and document technical customer solution, respond to technical parts of tenders, and prepare solution and IRP pricing
- Leading a team with experience and capable of providing coaching, mentoring, sharing best practice and expert technical knowledge.
