Main responsibility will be final assembly development and supporting tasks in
Oulu factory, the work includes
- Evaluates, Creates and Implement methods and processes in Final Assembly area
- Participates in Product Programs for DFFA (Design for Final Assembly) work
- Plans and adjusts manufacturing line layout and capacity to meet production requirements
- Evaluates, Creates and Implement new manufacturing equipment and machinery solutions
- Analyse manufacturing problems and process results, related to and execute the needed
corrective actions
- Supports manufacturing line layout and capacity adjustments to meet production requirements
Mandatory competences:
- Working experience in telecommunications or electronics industry
- Strong understanding of production environment and processes
- Experience of Production tools and methods development
- Basic understanding of production processes and tools
- Excellent written and spoken English and Finnish
Additional preferred competences:
- Understanding of general both product development and industrialization processes.
- Mechanical design competence in general and especially experience of Creo modelling software
- Manufacturing Automation competences in programming and design.
