With a turnover of 3 BEUR, the Cloud & Network Services (CNS) division offers a range of application solutions to telecommunication operators, from more traditional services such as 0800 numbers or prepaid services to much more innovative services such as cloud infrastructure management or user behavior analysis.
Operating in an international environment where the working language is English, the role of the CNS finance team is to:
Provide financial support to the pre-sales phases;
Define sales recognition rules (IFRS 15);
Carry out controls to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley rules;
Perform order, sales and margin (P&L) forecasts;
Carry out the forecasting of the bottom line
Interface with operational project managers to optimize sales volumes;
Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals (sales/margin and balance sheet);
Under the responsibility of your tutor,

Based in France, your mission will be to provide support to the Finance team located in the different European countries by :

Participating in the elaboration of order and sales forecasts;
Performing asset analysis;
Optimizing SOX controls and participating in the definition of sales recognition rules;
Analyzing variances between forecast and actual (sales and margins);
Responding to financial analyses in an ad-hoc manner as a business partner to project managers;
At the end of this internship,

This internship will allow you to evolve in an international environment (English), and to acquire an excellent mastery of the constitution of the upper part of the P&L (forecasts, risks/opportunities, explanation of revenues and variable margin) and of the balance sheet.

You will also have developed your skills in Power BI and Excel.


What level of education is expected: Minimum Master1 or 2 in Management, Finance and Accounting or engineering school.
Languages: fluent English.
Mastery of computer tools/software: very good mastery of Excel (including macro) and Powerpoint, a good level of mastery of Power BI required.
You consider yourself autonomous (all the more important in this period of health crisis), responsible, with good interpersonal skills and rigorous. .... You also have an excellent spirit of analysis and synthesis...do not hesitate to contact us.

Duration: 6 months + possibly 1 year of apprenticeship

Particular conditions of realization in this period of pandemic, the students are welcomed remotely.
