Strategic Partners Product Manager, NSW
- Must have strong business relationship skills across sales, pre-sales, business development, customers and partners.
- Must have strong negotiation skills with external 3rd parties, with proven track record of success as demonstrated through sustainable win-win agreements.
- Must have strong program management skills with proven ability to manage complex projects and associated deliverables under pressure.
- Must have BS in an engineering/technical discipline or business management. Higher level of education desirable, but not mandatory (depending on career experience).
- Must have excellent understanding of MESSAGING business, products, and general deployment architectures.
- Must have an excellent grasp of use cases related to MESSAGING applications and platforms.
- Should have at least 10 years of product and/or program management experience, and have demonstrated the following skills in prior roles: Gathering requirements from various sources, formulation of programs/roadmaps to address needs of the market and key customers, effective prioritization based on competitive intelligence, RFP support, customer feedback, and forward-looking innovation.
- Must have experience working with professional service and maintenance organizations to establish market based pricing and services to be competitive in the market.
- Must have experience developing and working with marketing on collateral for use by internal and external users to promote and grow the business.
- Must be comfortable traveling worldwide and promoting products to key customers as necessary to grow the business at scale whenever necessary.
- Must have experience creating customer value propositions against competitive solutions in the market.
- Must have experience developing and tracking business and quality KPI’s for the business, and leading initiatives to analyze trends and drive mitigation plans as appropriate.
