The Super Vendor (SV) Program is a Europe Network Implementation  specific setup to manage Subcontractors to deliver implementation and commissioning services for our GSM projects across Europe. 
 
The role of the Super Vendor Program manager is twofold namely program management with the other team members and project startup management :
 
Program management
  1. Financial follow up of all SV investments
  2. Mgmt of bookings between SV program and projects
  3. Definition and implementation of general training concept for SV
  4. Definition and implementation of the SV testbed configuration
  5. New country introduction
  6. Follow up of EU legislation on posted workers
  7. Standard tool definition
  8. Procurement support support on selection of TOOL supplier on Europe level
  9. Procurement  support on DOP/Last Mile delivery setup (cranes, cherry pickers, DOP, …)
  10. Proper recruiting resources to manage the IDLE time on the region
  11. Support procurement in Executive review meetings, Project agreements,  …with the subco’s
  12. Balancing teams between projects
 
 
Project Startup management
  1. Kick Off of the project with all stakeholders
  2. Collect all Health &Safety preconditions to start working in country x, project y
  3. Logistic/DOP/Crane setup in the project
  4. Set-up Share Of Responsibilities in the project between project, Dispatching center, subco,… depending on the scope of the project
  5. Site Material definition, package definition and consumable replenishing
  6. Service package creation for site works
  7. Management and setup of Dispatching center
  8. Selection of right Project Manager/Roll out manager in the project (skills)
  9. Management of subco Dispatching Center, back office
