Qualification &Experience

Proven working experience in providing help desk support/Partner support

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Proficiency in English,Spanish; Multi linguistic skills preferred

Proficiency in MS Office suite

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
