SW Performance Specialist

As a SW Performance Specialist, you’ll work within a global organization and your role is to engage with operational teams, process specialists and business leader to assess process performance, deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders with the aim of helping to achieve team goals and nurture the culture of continuous improvement.

Purpose:
• Ensure that Software Supply Chain has reliable performance data available
• Ensure that Software Supply Chain continuously improves its performance
• Provides root cause analysis for performance gaps
Key responsibilities:
• Performance management reporting automatization
• Support data collection improvements with the result of less manual work and up-to-date information
• Forecast trends, define patterns in Supply Chain Management based on new and historical data
• Analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPI) systematically, proactively driving and proposing improvement actions
• Drives continuous improvement of order quality based on monthly order quality report
• Provides reports / analyses / information of digital product availability and Root causes
• Support annual planning process and target setting
• Participating as specialist in SW Supply Chain improvement projects
• Administer and maintain the SW performance dashboard
• Organize and facilitate the monthly SW Supply Chain performance review meetings
Additional requirements:
• MS Office 365 tools (excel, Power BI) proficiency, Analytics Tool knowledge is an advantage
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Good English (spoken and written)
• Good presentation skills
• Problem resolution/ Quality skills
• Project Management methodology understanding
