Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge) 

  • 1.    Education background: bachelor degree or above with major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecom related areas.

    2.    Work experience: 10+ years software development and SEA experiences with proven product delivery record

    3.    Required Skills:

    -        Solid knowledge on OS including memory, process/thread, scheduling, boot process etc.

    -        Solid knowledge on management protocol and overall OAM experience.

    -        Solid knowledge on telecom protocol and IP protocols

    -        Solid knowledge on RF including WIFI/LTE.

    -        Experiences on software architecture design

    -        Rich experience of being PO.

    4.       General competencies:

    -        Strong quick learning and self-study ability.

    -        Good communication skill.

    -        Proactive attitude, highly responsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work

    -        Good teamwork spirit, effective teamwork skills and willing to contribute to the team’s success

    -        Strong analytical/debug skills

    -        Aspire to take the challenge jobs and can work under high pressure

    -        Innovative approach to software development

    -        Language Ability: Good at reading, oral and writing in English.
