System simulation engineer, L1 Algorithms
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of background on wireless/telecom systems
- 7+ years experience on L1 tranceiver algorithms
- Proven track record on contributing to L1 algorithm definition
- Experience on technical documentation and studies
- Strong background in communications theory and signal processing
- Rich experiences on programming in Matlab and physical layer simulations.
- Master or above, major in telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, or related.
- Good team working skills and capability to co-operate with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred skills
- Familiar with 3gpp L1 standardization documentation, processes and forums
- Familiar with L1 functional architecture including receiver processing flow
- Familiar with L1 SoC chip-set and chip-level architecture
- Familiar with the system level impact to L1 algorithms (understands the whole concept)
- Familiar with HW/SW interoperability.
- DSP/FPGA developing expertise will be a plus.
