Main Responsibility Area plan and execute change activities, preparation and execution of MOP to service the customer directly or indirectly.
Responsible for end to end clousure of activities including planning, analysing, scheduling, execution and testing.
Raising CSR, providing wireshark traces, logs to support team for solving critical issues and tracking till closure.
Proactive problem identification and perform network database audit of Packet Core/EPC nodes via analyzing wireshark traces, running scripts and other audit tools.
Ensures all CM activities are sucessfully executed without errors, with in SLA and proper process compliance.
Provides input on daily shift activity trackers, Node Audit and hands off any open issues to the next shift persons.
Co-ordination & communication with cross functional teams for change management, expansion, upgrade, deployment, inegration, problem management & operations.
Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically inherent to the position.This includes flexibility in required shift changes to ensure 24/7 coverage, employee training or any business need for the NOC.
Knowledge of Gx, Gy,Gn , Gi ,Gz , Gx, Gy, Sp, Sy, Various EPS interface configuration and integration.
In depth understanding of Sterlite CGF and Infoblox DNS from Product perspective.
3-5 years Packet Core/LTE/vEPC Experiecne in Telecom operator NOC.
Must have strong knowledge of 3GPP technologies, Packet core & vEPC architecture, interfaces, call flow.
Capable of using advanced tools and mechanism to analyse and trouble shoot network issues and customer complaints.
