Job description :

 
  A senior NI- Technical Manager is responsible for leading and coordination of Technical Management activities for a large scale complex project to secure that Nokia does fulfill contractual commitment of System Acceptance and Network Launch in time with required quality measures. Senior Technical Manager’s role can be non-project dedicated as well. In those circumstances, the role is to coordinate Technical Management function related development activities and be responsible for coaching and training of junior colleagues.
 
Main Responsibility areas:
Providing support for tendering related to technical and acceptance issues to win strong business cases
Planning and execution project Technical Management task domains in a large scale and complex projects
Providing coaching and leading development actions within Technical Management
 
 Key tasks
 
Acceptance process planning, management and contractual alignment
Technical risk management for project work
Acting as key interface for customer senior technical representatives
End-to-end technical quality responsibility in project organization
Act as coach for junior TMs
System Acceptance Testing management and process development
MVI Service management and development
Initiating and developing processes being a key member of strategic development work in Technical Management
