Job Description :
Implementation of all technical aspects of the project, from offer preparation (Prof. Services component) to first-off deployment and customer acceptance.
Customer engineering team activities and coordinating technical support activities with other ALU departments eg. TSO, TEC, Field Force.
Prime customer interface for technical aspects of the project, supporting the Project Manager who leads the overall customer communication.

Identify, plan and execute the deliverables in the Customer Engineering domain.
Determine resource requirements for defined execution strategy and reach agreement with PM and Engineering Manager for assignments.
Manage and support the assigned engineering team including day to day task assignment, communications to PM and customer, communications to SMEs on overall project status and events, escalation and tracking of issues, review of documentation for approval before release, leave management.
Assess technical risks for Customer and Alcatel-Lucent, propose & implement mitigation plan.
Completed technical customer deliverables (MOPs, Design, Test Strategy, User Acceptance etc).
Non-conformance action plans.
Project checklists PRR, PR5 and PIR.

Minimum Requirement :

- At least five years experience in optics telecommunication.

- Bachelor degree in electronics or telecommunication engineering

- Good communication skills (oral and written) and can relate well with customers and internal.

- Good technical and problem analysis skills.

- Dynamic, self-driven, highly motivated.

- Ability and adaptability to work in a team.
