Technical Support Engineer
Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor degree (Electrical / Telecommunication) or corresponding experience;

Knowledge of transmission technologies, SDH, MPLS and Ethernet;

Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols;
-
Good analytical skills;

Nokia experience is preferred;
-
Good knowledge of MSOffice tools, specially Excel.
