Required Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in Electronics, computer engineering or equivalent, or ICT
- Proven experience selling telecommunication solutions to non-Telco customers.
- Proven track record of sales success working through channels and partners.
- Proven track record of break through sales- Contributes to the development of innovative solutions and ideas to drive incremental revenue.
- Solid technology understanding and learning capabilities combined with strong analytics mind.
- Strong strategic thinking is required to leverage technical, marketing, end-user, and industry information to enable both NOKIA's and customers’ success.
- Strong Negotiation, Communication and Presentation skills
- Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success.
- Capable of independent working, business/project start-up mentality
- Willingness to travel, short trips
- Flexible hours to allow communication between different international teams.
- High level of English, oral and written is a must.
