- Min 6 years of relevant R&D Development experience on Telco grade products.
- In depth and working experience with cloud-ready, cloud-native, micro services, containers architecture and DevOps.
- Strong domain experience in areas of Telco cloud Core network, Docker/Container/POD, HTTP/2, JSON, Kubernetes.
- Strong Programming Knowledge (Java, Python)
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Experience in real time, high performance, multi-threaded system programming, fault tolerant systems, HA Concepts and Distributed Architecture knowledge.
- Good working experience on Linux, VMWare, OpenStack and working with CSF Assets & Blueprints like BCMT/BELK, CSF-P, CBIS, CBCS.
- Must display a high degree of willingness and ability to understand a new business domain, a new product, the product’s business and technical underpinnings.
- Must display a high degree of ownership and commitment towards assigned work.
- Facilitation of open communication and discussion between stakeholders wherever required.
- Strong Project/Product Development Experience in an Agile Scrum Team
