General Purpose of the Role/Job Position Summary Description:   

 

This role will be responsible for maintaining and extending our library of UI components written in React which includes, but not limited to: implementing features from our Visual Interaction Docs (VID), handling client support, writing documentation and units tests.  

 

Key Responsibilities / Functions:

  • Help adoption by engaging BU’s requesting documentation, fixes, enhancements or help using our UI components
  • Add features to our existing components
  • Implement new UI Components based on our Visual Interaction Documents

Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Candidates with degree in Engineering or Computer Science related field will be more relevant, Master´s is a plus
  • At least 8 years of solid JavaScript experience
  • At least 2 years of experience building applications using React
  • At least 2 years’ experience writing Tests using one of the following frameworks Mocha / Jest / Cypress / Selenium 
  • At least 5 years using HTML5, CSS3
  • Strong communication skills and team player
  • Experience using ag-grid is a definite asset
