Following innovation boost program in TC Wroclaw we are looking for highly motivated, well organized and creative student to join Innovation working group.
 
One of the biggest challenges faced by enterprise nowadays is development of environment ensuring sustainable innovation by support of creativity grow and unleashing potential of hundreds of talented engineers working in dynamic, agile environment.
 
As a Project Management Officer, you will assist project and R&D managers and teams with the best use of project management disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for project management matters. You will be responsible for leading projects with defined scope, time frame and quality.
On this position, you will be also responsible of definition, maintenance and moderation of creative processes supporting development of high quality ideas and concepts together with R&D teams.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management tasks
  • Define, maintain and moderate creative processes
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Maintain and update project management tools
  • Plan, develop and execute Innovation and Creativity related Competence Development within organization
Position requirements
  • Knowledge about project management methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge at least one creative processes (Design Thinking is a strong asset)
  • Proactive and agile in his/her approach to the tasks
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • A proficient communicator, with good interpersonal skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
